微创介入术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的康复与护理研究

摘　　要：目的探讨微创介入术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的康复与护理方法及效果。方法选取本院于2016年1月至2017年12月收治的200例腰椎间盘突出症患者,按数字表法将患者随机分为两组,每组100例,实验组开展经皮激光腰椎间盘汽化减压术及臭氧介入术治疗,对照组实施保守治疗,两组均开展综合护理干预,对比两组治疗效果、腰疼及并发症情况。结果实验组治疗优良率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。术后,实验组出院时、出院后5周及出院后15周腰疼恢复效果评分较对照组,均高于后者(P<0.05)。实验组神经根水肿、椎间隙感染及神经根黏连并发症相比对照组,均低于后者(P<0.05)。结论针对腰椎间盘突出症患者,采用微创介入术治疗,且开展综合康复护理干预,效果较好,能显著减轻患者腰疼情况,减少并发症,临床应用价值高。Objective To investigate the rehabilitation and nursing methods and effects of minimally invasive interventional treatment for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 200 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into two groups,100 in each group.The experimental group was performed with percutaneous laser lumbar disc herniation.Decompression and ozone intervention were performed,and the control group was treated conservatively.Both groups underwent comprehensive nursing intervention to compare the treatment effects,back pain and complications.Results The excellent rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group (P<0.05).After operation,the scores of recovery of back pain in the experimental group at the time of discharge,5 weeks after discharge and 15 weeks after discharge were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The ganglion edema,intervertebral space infection and nerve root adhesion complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with lumbar disc herniation,minimally invasive interventional therapy and comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention are effective,which can significantly reduce the back pain,reduce complications and have high clinical value.
