摘  要:设计了一种结构为(Si/SiO_2)~ND(Si/SiO_2)~N的一维光子晶体滤波器,利用传输矩阵法,理论模拟了其在近红外波段的滤波特性。通过比较两种不同缺陷层材料Si与SiO_2发现:低折射率缺陷SiO_2的结构透射峰的峰值更高;当缺陷的厚度增加时,透射峰的半高宽和峰值能够保持稳定。对于两种缺陷材料的结构,在缺陷厚度保持不变时,随着入射角的增加,TE模式下禁带短波长处的禁带边沿蓝移量大于长波处,禁带中透射峰的峰值降低且半高宽减小;TM模式下禁带长波长处的禁带边沿蓝移量大于短波处,半高宽增加,且入射角度从0°到60°变化时可有效增加透射峰高度。本研究分析缺陷层厚度和入射角度两种调谐方式对于近红外波段滤波性能的影响,为近红外波段光子晶体滤波器的应用提供了理论依据。In this paper, the one-dimensional photonic crystal filter was designed, of which the structure is (Si/SiO2)^ND(Si/SiO2)^N . The filtering characteristics were simulated by transfer matrix method in near infrared band. By comparing the defect materials Si and SiO2, it was found that the value of transmission peak is higher with low refractive index SiO2. As the thickness of defect increases, the full width at half maximum (FWHM) and peak value of the transmission peak remain stable. For two structures of defect materials, when the thickness of the defect is maintained, with the increase of the incidence angle, in the TE mode, the blue-shift of forbidden band edge of short wave band is larger than that of long wave band, the peak value of the transmission peak in the band gap decreases and the FWHM of the transmission peak is reduced;while in the TM mode, the blue-shift of forbidden band edge of long wave band is larger than that of short wave band, the FWHM of the transmission peak increases, moreover, when the incident angle ranges from 0 to 60 degrees, the transmission peak value can be effectively increased. This study analyzed the effect of two tuning methods, which are defect layer thickness and incident angle, on the filtering performance of the near-infrared band. The research will provide a theoretical evidence for the application of photonic crystal filters in near infrared band.
