摘　　要：对近10年针灸治疗酒精性肝损伤机制研究的相关文献进行分析。结果显示,针灸对酒精性肝损伤的作用机制主要体现在调节血管活性物质,增加肝血流量;加速氧化应激反应,促进乙醇代谢;调控免疫信号通路,促进内毒素排出;保护肝细胞膜,改善肝损伤状态等方面。认为针灸治疗酒精性肝损伤的机制在一定程度上是通过调节酒精性肝损伤的整体病理状态,并不局限于某一系统、某一水平或某一指标;从宏观指标如肠道菌群、能量代谢等方面探讨针灸的疗效机制可能也是一种方向。This paper reviewed the research of therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture for alcoholic liver injury in recent ten years. The results showed that the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture for alcoholic liver injury mainly manifested as regulating vasoactive substances to increase hepatic blood flow, accelerating oxidative stress reaction to promote the metabolism of ethanol, regulating the immune signaling pathways to promote the elimination of endotoxin,and protecting liver cell membrane for relieving hepatic injury. It is indicated that the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture for alcoholic liver injury is focused on regulating the overall pathological state of alcoholic liver injury, not only limited to regulating one system, one level or one parameter. It is suggested that observation of macroscopic indexes such as intestinal flora and energy metabolism may be an approach to the therapeutic mechanism of acupuncture for alcoholic liver injury.
