摘  要:地膜穴播是陇西黄芩育苗的主要方法,为了确定适合陇西黄芩育苗的最佳播期和播种量,设置4个播期(4月3号、4月18日、5月3日和5月18日)和5个播量(6.80、8.26、9.72、11.18、 12.64 g/m^2),采用大田随机区组试验研究播期和播量对黄芩产量及经济性状的影响。结果表明,播期和播量均极显著影响黄芩产量,播期与播量存在极显著的互作效应,除根长外,播期对黄芩产量和根部性状的影响均大于播量。适合陇西黄芩育苗的最适播期为4月中下旬到5月初,黄芩种苗最佳播量应控制在9.72~11.18 g/m^2。最佳播期与播量组合时,黄芩穴播育苗产量最高,达 15 343.29 kg/hm^2。Plastic mulching and hole sowing are the main technique for seedling cultivation of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in Longxi county.Four sowing dates(April 3,April 18,May 3 and May 18)and five sowing density (6.80,8.26,9.72,11.18,12.64 g/m^ 2)were set up to finding out the optimal sowing date and sowing density suitable for the seedling cultivation of S.baicalensis in Longxi county.Randomized block experiment was used to study the effects of sowing date and density on the yield and economic traits of S.baicalensis .The results showed that both sowing date and density significantly affected the yield of S.baicalensis ,and there was a very significant interaction effect between sowing date and density,and sowing date was important than density on seedling yield and all root traits except root length.The most suitable sowing date for S.baicalensis was middle to late April and early May in Longxi county,and the optimal density was 9.72-11.18 g/m^2.The yield of S.baicalensis had reached 15 343.29 kg/ha when sowing in best date and density.
