摘 要:随着资源的紧缺程度不断提升以及我国政府部门对于节能降耗工作的重视度不断提升,我国诸多节能降耗技术研究学者纷纷投入到资源转换技术的研究中。经过长时间的实践调查研究发现,有效地将天然气制作成甲醇,不仅可以极大地提升可再生资源的有效利用率,同时还可以有效地实现既定技能降耗目标。从现实的角度分析,甲醇在我国诸多领域中都有着较强的应用价值,其属于一种工业生产原材料。因此可以说天然气制甲醇工艺在我国具有广泛的应用价值。主要就天然气制甲醇工艺流程及其控制做了简要的分析。With the increasing scarcity of resources and the increasing attention paid by government departments to energy conservation and consumption reduction,many scholars of energy conservation and consumption reduction technology in China have invested in the research of resource conversion technology.After a long time of practical investigation and research,it is found that the effective production of methanol from natural gas can not only ensure a great increase in the effective utilization of renewable energy,but also effectively achieve the goal of reducing consumption of established skills.From a realistic point of view,methanol has a strong application value in many fields in China,and it belongs to a kind of raw material for industrial production.Therefore,it can be said that the process of methanol production from natural gas has wide application value in China.In this paper,the process and control of methanol production from natural gas are briefly analyzed.
