摘　　要：中海石油华鹤煤化工有限公司采用的是Stamicarbon二氧化碳汽提生产工艺,日产1 860t,这是Stamicarbon公司开发的采用池式冷凝器的新工艺。2015年9月投产,一次开车成功,是国内首家应用的尿素生产技术,采用池式冷凝器工艺的尿素装置。简述了高压系统冷态开车的程序、方法和注意事项。The urea plant of Hegang CNOOC Huahe Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.,Hegang City,Heilongjiang Province,uses Stamicarbon carbon dioxide stripping production process,which produces 1860 tons per day.This is a new process developed by Stamicarbon Company to adopt pool condenser.It was put into production in September 2015.It is the first urea plant in China to use the latest urea technology and adopt pool condenser process.The program,method and points for attention of cold start-up of high-pressure system are briefly described in this paper.
