摘　　要：针对游梁式抽油机调平衡难的问题,制作了平衡块调节装置,通过分析问题关键点,制定相应的对策,从而实现了调节平衡块要求停机时间短、人员和设备成本降低、操作安全无风险的要求,对降本增效做出了贡献。In view of the difficulty in adjusting the balance of the beam pumping unit,our team made a balance block adjustment device.By analyzing the key points of the problem and formulating corresponding countermeasures,the adjustment of the balance block requires short downtime,personnel and equipment costs.Reduced,safe and risk-free operation requirements have contributed to cost reduction and efficiency gains.
