摘  要:中海石油华鹤煤化有限公司地处黑龙江地区,冬季平均温度-28℃,蒸汽伴热使用较多。自2015年至今,经过3个冬季运行,蒸汽凝结水回收泵机封经常出现泄漏,同时冷凝水回收管线至收集罐段出现泄漏,现场造成大量积冰,致使系统回收不畅,无法运行,华鹤公司目前凝结水回收系统有6个单元,冬季运行泄漏,影响安全生产。无法停运彻底处理,临时带压堵漏,耗费大量人力、物力,通过提高凝结水回收管线压力,达到回收顺畅的目的。China Sea chemical huahe coal Co.,Ltd.is located in Heilongjiang area,winter average temperature-28°C,steam with more use of heat,since 2015,after three winter operations,Steam condensation water recovery pump seal often leaks.At the same time,there was a leak from the condensing water recovery pipeline to the collection tank section,causing a large amount of ice accumulation on the site,resulting in poor recovery of the system and inability to operate.Huahe Company currently has 6 units of condensing water recovery system and leaks in winter operations,affecting safe production.Can not stop completely treatment,temporary pressure plug leakage,consume a lot of manpower,material resources,will condense water recovery pipeline pressure increase,achieve the purpose of smooth recovery.
