摘 要:在文献研究的基础上,通过探索性案例研究,对大型工程项目对城市承载力影响评价指标体系进行初始识别;通过问卷调查的方法收集数据,运用主成分分析、因子分析、相关分析等方法对评价指标体系进行修正;运用层次分析法确定各指标权重。研究确定了基于城市经济、社会、生态承载力3个维度,包含6个二级评价指标、23个具体评价指标的评价指标体系。不仅是对现有大型工程项目评价指标体系研究的补充,而且能为评价大型工程项目的实施效果提供支持,为我国在国内外一系列大型工程项目投资决策提供依据。Based on literature and exploratory case study, this study constructed the initial evaluation index system for assessing the impact of large-scale projects on carrying capacity of cities. We collected data through questionnaire and corrected the evaluation index system by principal component analysis, factor analysis and correlation analysis. We determined the index weights through AHP. This study builds an evaluation index system based on three dimensions of economic carrying capacity, society carrying capacity, and ecological carrying capacity, which contains six secondary evaluation indexes and 23 specific evaluation indexes. This study not only provides additional insights into the existing research on the evaluation index system of large-scale projects but also solid references for evaluating the effect of large-scale projects. The findings of this study can facilitate investment decisions for large-scale projects at home and abroad.
