摘 要:在火炬计划的影响推动下,高新技术产业开发区建设项目密集涌现。随着PPP模式的广泛推广,高新区建设项目呈现出规模体量大、需求复杂性高、投资主体多元、政府主导性强等特征,对建设项目组织的知识传播提出了巨大挑战。通过引入元网络的分析视角,以济南高新区建设项目为例,探究项目组织演化过程中知识传播网络的密度、中心度、关键节点等问题。研究结论为研究组织知识传播提供了全新的视角,也为高新区建设项目管理过程中更好地理解组织的知识传播特征,实施知识管理战略提供了实践启示。Under the influence of the Torch Program, the high-tech zone construction projects are experiencing rapid development. With the wide application of the PPP, the high-tech zone construction project shows the features such as large-scale size, high complexity of demand, diversification of investment subject, and government intervention. On this basis, knowledge management and communication of high-tech zone construction projects face huge challenges. Through the lens of meta-network, this study takes Jinan high-tech zone construction project as an example to explore the density, centrality and key nodes of knowledge communication network during the project organization evolution process. These findings provide a new perspective for the study of knowledge propagation in the project organization and contribute to a better understanding of the knowledge diffusion characteristics as well as the implementation of knowledge management strategy in the hi-tech zone construction projects.
