摘　　要：近年来政府和企业在正安页岩气勘查区块进行一系列勘探工作,获得大量的基础资料,对下一步规模开发提供了强有力的数据支撑,但同时也面临早期预测资源储量与勘探实际有差距、两套目的层各项地质参数不清楚、山区开发难度大等诸多挑战,建议国家及地方出台相关鼓励政策,培育新型油气服务企业,攻关页岩气勘探开发核心技术和设备。建议企业加大对关键技术研究项目的投入力度,增强科技创新积极性,提高页岩气勘探开发自身软实力,保证页岩气勘探开发顺利健康发展。In recent years,a series of exploration work in Zheng’an Shale Gas Exploration Block has been carried out by the government and enterprises,and a lot of basic data have been obtained,which provides a strong data support for the next large-scale development.However,there are also many challenges,such as the gap between the early prediction of resource reserves and the actual exploration,the unclear geological parameters of the two sets of target strata,and the difficulty of mountain area development.Local governments have promulgated relevant incentive policies,fostered new oil and gas service enterprises,and tackled key technologies and equipment for shale gas exploration and development.It is suggested that enterprises increase their investment in key technology research projects,enhance their enthusiasm for scientific and technological innovation,improve their soft power of shale gas exploration and development,and jointly guarantee the smooth and healthy development of shale gas exploration and development.
