摘  要:通过对电动给水泵组进行相关技术改造可以提高机组运行经济性,但一直缺少一个准确性高并且可操作性强的节能改造效果评价方法。传统的电动给水泵节能改造效果评价方法容易忽略改造前后汽轮机组工作状态变化对给水泵组的影响,以电动给水泵组有效功为对比基准,提出了电动给水泵组效率变化分析法和耗功曲线对比分析法,以某电站电动给水泵组变频改造为例,两种方法均较准确的分析计算出改造后电动给水泵组节能量,两种方法的准确性和可操作性均较高。Through the relevant technical retrofit of the motor-driven feed-water pump group,it is possible to improve the economic efficiency of the unit, but there is no energy-saving effect evaluation method with high accuracy and high operability. The traditional evaluation method of energy-saving effect of motor-driven feed-water pump is tend to ignore the influence of working condition change of feed-water pump group before and after the retrofit. Based on the effective work of motor-driven feed-water pump group, the efficiency change analysis method and power- curve comparison analysis method are proposed, taking a power plant feed-water pump frequency conversion retrofit as an example, two kinds of methods are relatively accurate analysis to calculate the retrofit of motor-driven feed-water pump energy saving, the accuracy and operability of both methods are high.
