摘　　要：以Mikron HSM 400U数控机床为原型,根据机床实际尺寸建立三维模型,建立多轴数控加工仿真平台。将VERICUT与特定机床型号的多轴机床相结合,真实再现机床的运动轨迹。提供了多轴加工仿真应用实例,验证了仿真加工与多轴数控加工的一致性。Taking Mikron HSM 400U NC machine tool as the prototype,a three-dimensional model is established according to the actual size of the machine tool,and a multi-axis NC machining simulation platform is established.Combining VERICUT with multi-axis machine tools of specific machine models,the motion trajectory of machine tools can be truly reproduced.An application example of multi-axis machining simulation is provided to verify the consistency between simulation and multi-axis NC machining.
