摘  要:针对1.2738模块预硬化后大面表层硬度偏软问题进行分析:结果表明,1.2738模块大面表层硬度偏软是由于模块预硬化后,大面表层产生大量黑色的屈氏体异常组织造成。由于模块淬火过程采用“水-空交替控时淬火冷却技术”进行淬火冷却处理,在第一阶段预冷过程中,模块棱角、棱边和表层的温度降低到过冷奥氏体不稳定的温度范围之后,形成大量了黑色屈氏体组织。后期经过工艺调整,解决了模块预硬化后大面表层硬度偏软问题。This paper studied the reason for the lower hardness of 1.2738 pre-hardened mold block at the surface on the big face.The research shows that the abnormal microstructure with plenty of black troostite at the surface on the big face was the reason why hardness at the surface on the big face of 1.2738 pre-hardened low mold block was low.At the first stage pre-cooling of "water-air alternative time controlled quenching process" in the quenching process,there will be plenty of troostite formed when the temperature at the corner,edge and subsurface reduces to the temperature range where super-cooled austenite was unstable.After process adjustment,the problem has been solved.
