社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理培训评价体系的构建研究

摘　　要：目的构建社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理培训评价体系,为进一步开展培训提供依据,方法依据文献研究及现况调査结果,初步构建社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理培训评价体系,采用Delphi专家咨询法对指标进行评价筛选。结果两轮咨询有效问卷回收率均为100%;专家权威系数为0.84和0.87;—、二、三级指标变异系数分别为0. 096-0. 143,0.08-0.214,0. 747-0.212;肯德尔协调系数分别为0.747、0. 182,0. 178(P<0.01).最终确定了包含培训内容、培训方法、评价标准、考核方式的社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理培训评价体系。结论构建的社区医护人员心力衰竭疾病管理培训评价体系科学合理,为实施培训提供了参考依据,可进一步推广完善。Objective To develop the evaluation system for the training of heart failure management in community health care personnel, and to provide a reference for training and evaluating the community health care personnel. Methods Based on the results of literature review and survey investigation,a training evaluation system for community medical personnel on heart failure management was initially constructed, and Delphi expert consultation method was used to evaluate and screen the indicators. Results The valid questionnaires for two rounds of counseling were 100%;the expert authority coefficient was 0. 84 and 0. 87 , respectively. The variation coefficients of the first, second and third indexes were 0. 096 - 0. 143, 0. 08 - 0. 214,0. 747 - 0. 212, respectively. The Kendall coordination coefficients were 0. 747,0. 182 and 0. 178 (P<0. 01). Finally, the training content, training met hods, evaluation standards and assessment methods were in eluded in the evaluation system of heart failure management training for community medical personnel. Conclusions The evaluation system of heart failure management training of community medical staff is scientific and reasonable, which can be further popularized.
