摘 要:目的探讨基于链式管理模式的多学科联合健康教育对门诊高血压患者服药依从性的影响。方法便利选取2017年10月至2018年6月在苏州市某三甲医院心血管内科门诊就诊的240名高血压患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组采用基于链式管理模式的多学科联合方法进行健康教育,对照组采用常规的患者教育模式比较两种教育模式下患者知识掌握、服药依从性的情况。结果干预前,观察组和对照组高血压知识掌握水平和服药依从性比较,差异无统计学意义。干预后观察组对高血压相关知识的掌握率、服药依从性均有了显著提高,与干预前及对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论多学科联合链式健康教育可以显著提高高血压患者对于高血压相关知识的掌握,提高患者的服药依从性。Objective To explore the effect of multi-disciplinary health education on medication compliance of outpatients with hypertension. Methods By convenience sampling method, 240 outpatients with hypertension from a Suzhou tertiary hospital were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group. The observation group was given health education by multi-disciplinary combination method based on chain management mode,while the control group was given routine patient education mode. The knowledge mastery and medication compliance of patients under the two education modes were compared. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in knowledge level of hypertension between the observation group and the control group. After intervention,the mastery rate of hypertension-related knowledge and medication compliance in the observation group were significantly improved, with statistical significance (all P<0. 05). Conclusions Multi-disciplinary health education can significantly improve the hypertension-related knowledge of hypertension patients,improve patients, medication compliance.
