长远航舰船人员自我表露与心理健康水平的相关性

摘　　要：目的分析海军长远航舰船人员自我表露与心理健康水平的相关性。方法采用朱拉德自我表露问卷(Jourardself-disclosure questionnaire, JSDQ)、心理健康自评问卷(self-reporting questionnaire-20, SRQ-20)对 114 名长远航舰船人员进行测量,并分析其结果。结果长远航舰船人员JSDQ评分为( 1. 80±0. 37)分,水平较低;SRQ-20得分为( 5. 05±4, 17)分,其中阳性(得分37分)检出率为36.0%。不同文化程度的长远航舰船人员在JSDQ的6个维度及SRQ-20得分上差异均无统计学意义(均P>0. 05).已婚的舰船人员在态度观点、学习工作、金钱等3个维度及JSDQ总分上高于未婚者,且不同级别的舰船人员在态度观点得分上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。舰船人员JSDQ总分及态度观点、学习工作、金钱、个性等维度评分与SRQ-20得分呈负相关(r=-0. 225,-0. 186.-0. 208.-0. 199,-0. 199,均P<0. 05).结论长远航舰船人员自我表露水平与心理健康水平密切相关,可针对性地采取措施提升舰员自我表露水平进而帮助改善其心理健康状况。Objective To analysis the correlation between self-disclosure and mental health levels of navy crews during the long-term sailing. Methods The Jourard Self-Disclosure Questionnaire (JSDQ) and Self- Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20) were adopted for psychological assessment of 114 navy crews who had long-term experience in vessels, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results The long-term navy crews had a low level of self-disclosure, with an average score of 1. 80 ± 0. 37;The average score of the SRQ-20 of crews was 5. 05±4. 17,and the positive rate(score ≥7) was 36. 0%. There were no significant differences in self-disclosure and mental health self-assessment scores among naval personnel of different educational levels (all P〉0. 05). Married naval personnel was higher than unmarried ones in attitude and view, study and work, money and JSDQ total score, and there were significant differences in attitude and view scores among different ranks of naval personnel (all P <0. 05). The total score of JSDQ and the attit ude, st udy. money, a nd personality of these officers and soldiers were significantly negatively correlated with the score of SRQ-20 (r=-0. 225.-0. 186,-0. 208,-0. 199,-0. 199;P <0. 05). Conclusions The self-disclosure level of navy crews on long-voyage is closely related to the level of mental health. Feasible and effective measures should be taken to improve the self-disclosure level of navy crews, thus to help improve their mental health.
