摘  要:雅克拉气田单井进站集输管线及阀组管线材质为16Mn。进站单井集输管线在高矿化度、高含水、低CO_2腐蚀环境下发生腐蚀开裂,腐蚀位置在进站阀组附近集输管线底部。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、电子能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对试样表面腐蚀产物的形貌及成分进行了观察和分析,并对16Mn钢管线服役环境和腐蚀因素进行了讨论,结果表明:16Mn钢管线主要腐蚀原因为CO_2腐蚀和电偶腐蚀,在其共同作用下造成管线腐蚀开裂、穿孔。结合实际情况提出了相关防腐蚀建议。The material of single well gathering pipeline and valve group pipeline is 16 Mn in Yakela gas field. The pipeline suffers from corrosion damage under the environment with high salinity, high water content and low CO2 content, which locates at the bottom of gathering pipeline around intake valve group. The morphology and composition of corrosion products on sample surface were observed and analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy(EDS) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The service environment and corrosion factors of 16 Mn steel pipeline were studied. The results showed that corrosion cracking and perforation of pipeline resulted from CO2 erosion corrosion and galvanic corrosion. Relevant anti-corrosion suggestions were proposed combined with the actual situation.
