摘　　要：海洋工程中,出于维修需求或者环保要求,需要进行水下切割,切割作业可以采用绳锯机完成。水下绳锯机是一种柔性磨削切割机械,具有可切割多种材质、清洁环保的特点。合适的切割参数是保证绳锯机安全、高效工作的前提。分析了绳锯机切割过程中的影响因素,以质量功能配置为基础,引入欧式范数的分析方法,对绳锯机几组切割参数进行了优化选择,获取了合理的切割参数。经实验证明,为绳锯机切割过程的优化提供了一定的理论基础。For maintenance or environmental protection requirements in marine engineering,it needs to complete a certain underwater cutting,and the operation can be done with a wire saw.Underwater wire saw is a flexible grinding cutting machinery,which can cut a variety of materials and has clean and environmentally friendly features.Proper cutting parameters are the prerequisites for ensuring safe and efficient work.The influencing factors of wire saw in the cutting process were analyzed,based on quality function configuration,Euclid norm analysis method was introduced,and several sets of the wire saw machine cutting parameters were studied to obtain reasonable cutting parameters.The result is experimentally proved,which provides a theoretical basis for wire saw efficient work.
