摘  要:单体泵是现代汽车工业实现清洁燃烧的一项重要技术,由柱塞泵高压油管以及喷油器构成。柱塞泵为单体泵液压件,其结构精密紧凑,工作压力高,且能保持工作高效率,因此分析高压油管长度对其强度影响很重要。采用有限元软件ICEM CFD对有限元模型进行预处理,用CFX对匹配不同高压油管长度流体域进行分析计算,获得泵油过程中油压分布。用ANSYS软件对不同方案进行静力学分析,得到每个方案的应力分布及满足结构强度条件下最佳的高压油管长度。根据这种耦合方法分析为柱塞泵的设计和优化提供指导和参考。Monolithic pump is an important technology in the modern automotive industry for clean combustion.It consists of piston pump high-pressure tubing and injectors.Piston pump is a single pump hydraulic parts.Its structure is compact,and it has high working pressure and can maintain high efficiency,so it is very important to analyze the effect of the length of high pressure tubing on its strength.Finite element model was preprocessed by finite element software ICEM CFD.The fluid distribution in the process of pumping oil was obtained by CFX analysis and calculation of the fluid field matching with different high-pressure tubing lengths.ANSYS software was used for static analysis of different programs to get the stress distribution of each program and to meet the structural strength of the optimal high-pressure tubing length.According to the analysis of this coupling method,it can provide guidance and reference for the design and optimization of the piston pump.
