摘 要:齿轮传动被广泛应用于各种要求平稳性好、传动精度高等场合,其传动误差是影响传动精度的主要误差来源。利用动态齿轮传动误差原理和虚拟仪器技术,集成高精密光栅角度传感器,搭建一套测量单齿啮合和整箱(变速箱)传动误差的综合测量试验台,具有贴合实际工况、自动化程度高、严格测试节拍、测试精度高等优点。试验结果验证了该测试系统能够快速准确测量精密齿轮和变速箱传动误差,以期对齿轮修形优化并提升变速箱的整机性能提供参考。The gear transmission is widely used in various kinds of stable and high performance environment, its transmission error is the main error source that affects transmission precision. By using the theory of dynamic transmission error of gear and the virtual instrument technology, integration of high precision grating angle sensor, a set of composite measurement test bed was built which could be used to measure single tooth meshing and the whole case(gearbox)transmission error. It has the advantages of fitting actual conditions,high degree of automation, strict test beat and high accuracy.The test results prove that the test system can be used to measure gear and gearbox transmission error fast and accurately. It provides reference for transmission gear modification and optimization of machine performance.
