摘  要:以上海轨交15号线19标段铜川路站—上海西站站的盾构施工区间为例,对盾构长距离下穿老旧民房群的施工技术进行了介绍。在不具备民房拆迁和地面加固的条件下,通过严格落实盾构施工技术措施,实行信息化、精细化管理,从而有效控制了施工对地层的扰动,基本满足了房屋变形控制指标,可为类似工程提供借鉴。Taking the shield construction section of Tongchuan Road Station–Shanghai West Railway Station at No.19 section of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 15 as an example, the shield tunneling technology for underneath passing through the old residential buildings is introduced. Under the conditions of no house demolition and ground reinforcement,through strict implementation of shield construction technical measures as well as informationation and refined management, the disturbance of the construction to the ground is effectively controlled and the housing deformation control index is basically met, which can provide references for similar projects.
