摘  要:采用盆栽模拟水淹处理试验方法,探究水淹处理对4个不同秋眠等级紫花苜蓿苗期生物学特性的影响,旨在为紫花苜蓿耐涝型研究提供基础材料。研究表明,全淹处理对紫花苜蓿的抑制作用大于表土水淹,适度的表土水淹促进植物的生长,而过度的表土水淹则抑制紫花苜蓿的生长,不同秋眠等级的紫花苜蓿的耐涝性之间存在着差异性。本研究最后采用隶属函数对其耐淹性进行综合评价,结果表明WL-525HQ的耐淹性最强,WL-354HQ次之,WL-168HQ的耐淹性最弱。A flooding experiment was conducted to study the effect of flooding treatment on the biological characteristics of four different rank of fall-dormancy alfalfa at seedling stage. It was aim to provide basic materials for the study of alfalfa water logging resistance. Studies have shown that the effect of total submergence on alfalfa was greater than that of topsoil. And moderate topsoil water flooding on it promoted its growth. However excessive topsoil water flooding inhibited the growth of alfalfa. There was a difference between the water logging tolerance of alfalfa with different fall dormancy grades. In the end,the membership function was used to evaluate the flooding tolerance. The results showed that WL-525 HQ had the best flooding tolerance,WL-354 HQ was the second,and WL-168 HQ was the weakest.
