摘 要:针对目前砌块砌筑砂浆饱满性的检测,现行规定是采用百格网或者冲击锤破损钻孔后,凭检测者肉眼或手感,由检测者各自的经验估计评定的方法。试验采用超声波无损检测法,依据超声检测得到的“声速、波幅、波形”等声学参量作为砌筑砂浆饱满性的判别原则。试验表明:声学参量越低,反映砂浆饱满性越差,初步得出了声速值小于平均声速98%的超声测点可以判定为较大缺陷的研究结果。In order to test the plumpness of masonry mortar,the current regulation is to use the method of estimating and evaluating the plumpness of masonry mortar by the experience of the inspectors with the naked eye or hand feeling after the breakage of the grid or impact hammer.The ultrasonic non-destructive testing method is adopted in the test,and the acoustic parameters such as"sound velocity,wave amplitude and waveform"obtained by the ultrasonic testing are used as the judgment of the plumpness of masonry mortar.The experiment shows that the lower the acoustic parameters are,the worse the saturation of mortar is.It is preliminarily concluded that the ultrasonic measuring point whose sound velocity is less than 98% of the average sound velocity can be judged as a larger defect.
