铁皮石斛水提工艺的研究

摘　　要：目的考察不同水提工艺条件对铁皮石斛多糖提取率及固含量的影响。方法通过单因素实验及L_9(3~4)正交优化实验研究料液比、提取时间、提取次数对铁皮石斛提取结果影响,以铁皮石斛多糖提取率、固含量为考察指标,确定铁皮石斛水提最佳工艺条件。结果铁皮石斛最佳水提工艺条件为:料液比30∶1,每次提取时间5h,提取次数3次。结论优化的水提工艺简单、稳定、可行,粗多糖提取率为80%以上,固含量约为50%以上,水提浸出物多,多糖含量高,适合于实际大生产推广运用。OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of different water extraction conditions on the solid content and the extraction rate of Dendrobium candidum polysaccharides.METHODS By single factor experiment and L9(34)orthogonal optimization experiment,the extraction rate of crude polysaccharides from Dendrobium candidum was studied.The effects of feed-liquid ratio,extraction time and extraction times on the extraction results of Dendrobium candidum were determined.To determine the best process conditions.RESULTS The optimum water extraction conditions for Dendrobium candidum were as follows:the ratio of material to liquid was 30∶1,the extraction time was 5 hours,and the extraction times were 3 times.CONCLUSION The optimized water extraction process is simple,stable and feasible.The solid content is about 50%,the crude polysaccharide extraction rate is 80%,the water extract is more than the extract,and the polysaccharide content is high,which is suitable for practical large-scale production promotion.
