摘  要:目的建立测定注射用头孢唑肟钠含量的方法。方法利用氯冉酸与头孢唑肟在乙二醇-乙醇介质中发生荷移反应,形成荷移配合物,采用分光光度法测定。结果荷移配合物在530nm处有最大吸收,表观摩尔吸收系数为1.167×10~3L/(mol·cm),药物浓度在0.005830mg·mL^(-1)~0.1895mg·mL^(-1)内符合朗伯比尔定律。回收率在98.6%~100.8%之间。结论该方法快速、准确,可用于测定药物制剂中头孢唑肟钠的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a method for rapid determination of Ceftizoxime sodium for injection.METHODS To utilize visible spectrophotometry based on the charge transfer reaction between Ceftizoxime sodium as donor and Chloranilic acid as acceptor in ethylene glycol-alcohol solution.RESULTS The apparent molar absorptivity of complex was 1.167×10^3L/(mol·cm)at 530 nm.Lambert-Beer law was obeyed in the range of 0.005830~0.1895 mg·mL^-1 of Ceftizoxime sodium.The recovery of the samples was within the range of 98.6%~100.8%.CONCLUSION The proposed method is stable,rapid and accurate.It has been applied to the determination of Ceftizoxime sodium in preparation with satisfactory results.
