化湿利胆片的定性质量控制方法和利胆作用研究

摘　　要：目的提高化湿利胆片的质量标准并对其利胆作用进行研究。方法对化湿利胆片中的木香、郁金、茵陈进行薄层鉴别研究;利用胆管引流法研究化湿利胆片对大鼠胆汁的流量及总胆红素含量的影响。结果薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。药效学试验结果表明化湿利胆片中、高剂量组大鼠的胆汁流量明显升高(与正常对照组比较P<0.01),胆汁中总胆红素含量明显增加(与正常对照组比较P<0.05)。结论本实验的完成,为化湿利胆片的质量控制提供了科学依据,并证实其利胆作用。OBJECTIVE To improve the quality standards of Huashi Lidan tablets and to observe the cholagogic effect of Huashi Lidan tablets.METHODS Costustoot,Curcuma aromatica and Oriental wormwood were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC).The effects of Huashi Lidan tablets on bile flow and total bilirubin content were observed using bile duct drainage in rats.RESULTS The spots in TLC were clear without any interference.The middle and high dose of Huashi Lidan tablets could signficantly increase the bile flow(compared with the normal control group,P<0.01)and the total bilirubin content in bile(compared with the normal control group,P<0.05).CONCLUSION The established TLC methods are reproducible and exclusive for the quality control of Huashi Lidan tablets,and it has cholagogic effect.
