某区域性三级医院应用硝酸咪康唑缓释凝胶治疗初发性念珠菌性阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨缓释凝胶治疗初发性念珠菌性阴道炎的试验设计及治疗效果。方法选取某区域性三级医院2017年1月～2017年12月妇科收治的102例初发性念珠菌性阴道炎患者,将她们随机分成两个组。治疗组应用自制的硝酸咪康唑缓释凝胶治疗,对照组应用克霉唑乳膏治疗。观察两组患者临床效果及不良反应发生率。结果共有102例选入试验,最后完成试验的患者例数为86例。硝酸咪康唑缓释凝胶治疗效果高于克霉唑乳膏组,两组差异有统计学意义(χ~2=9.453,P<0.05);在整个试验过程中,严重的不良反应没有发生。结论对念珠菌性阴道炎病人采用硝酸咪康唑缓释凝胶治疗,可提高其临床效果,并且具有较高的安全性,在临床治疗中具有比较重要的意义。应用硝酸咪康唑缓释凝胶治疗初发性念珠菌性阴道炎,可以获得较满意的治疗效果,并且安全性良好。OBJECTIVE To observe the efficacy of miconazole nitrate sustained-release gel in the treatment of candida vaginitis.METHODS Selected from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital 102 cases of candida vaginitis patients,randomly split into two groups.The control group used miconazole nitrate capsule to treat,the treatment group used miconazole nitrate sustained-release gel to treat.The clinical effect and adverse reactions rate of the two groups were observed.RESULTS 102 cases were recruited and 86 cases were completed in the trial.The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).No serious adverse events occured in the two groups.CONCLUSION For candida vaginitis patients with miconazole nitrate sustained-release gel treatment,can significantly improve the clinical effect,and it is very safe,so it has important significance in clinical treatment.
