摘　　要：目的探讨新媒体技术和传统模式相结合,提高用药指导质量的有效方法。方法逐一介绍我院新媒体技术和传统模式应用在用药指导工作中的实践经验,分析各种方法的优势和不足。结果新媒体技术与传统用药指导工作模式的有力结合是提高用药指导质量和效率的有效方法,可减少医务人员的工作压力,保障患者用药安全并提高用药依从性。结论保证用药指导质量最重要的因素是药师专业素质的提高与各种模式的有力结合。OBJECTIVE To discuss the combination of the new media technology and traditional model,and find an effective way to improve the quality of medication guidance.METHODS Introduce the practical experience of medication guidance via the new media technology or traditional model step-by-step,and analysis the advantage and shortage of each model.RESULTS The combination of the new media technology and traditional model applied in medication guidance was an effective way to improve the quality and efficiency of medication guidance,in addition,it could reduce the pressure of medical staff,ensure the safety of drug use and improve the drug compliance.CONCLUSION The most important factor to ensure the quality of medication guidance was the powerful combination of the improvement of pharmacist professional skills and kinds of models.
