摘 要:由于实际制作工艺使得元器件参数不完全一致,并联LLC谐振变换器仅是简单将各相变换器并联,会使得各相电流不均衡。通过使用变压器一次侧绕组星形连接和二次侧绕组星形连接,实现三相LLC谐振变换器各相电流自动平衡。变换器拓扑结构简单,保持了单相LLC谐振变换器能实现零电压导通的特性,且交错并联的结构也能减小电流纹波,克服了LLC谐振变换器对谐振器件参数十分敏感而引发电流不平衡的缺点,适用于低压大功率的应用场合。最后,通过1台7.5 kW的实物样机,对谐振变换器的自动均流能力进行验证。Current unbalance happens if the LLC converters are simply paralleled due to the parameters difference. In this paper,a novel LLC resonant converter with automatic current sharing was presented. Based on the traditional three phase LLC resonant converter, the LLC converter achieves the auto-sharing-current by connecting the transformer primary and second winding as star. The topology of this converter is simple while it has all of the performances of classical LLC converter in soft switching and high efficiency. Moreover, it can overcome the shortcomings about the unbalanced current caused by that the LLC converter is very sensitive to the parameter of resonant components. Consequently,the converter can reduce the ripple of output current. Finally, a prototype of converter was built and tested to verify the advantage of current balance capability.
