摘 要:通过利用Solidworks三维建模软件和Ansys仿真软件,对万能式断路器接触系统在短时耐受电流下的动热稳定性进行了仿真优化分析,计算了触头片间的侧向拧转力、电动斥力、电动补偿力和触点温升。研究了万能式断路器接触系统左右金属支持夹板在不同条件下的电动补偿力,提高了万能式断路器短时耐受电流能力,实现了断路器的全电流范围选择性保护的要求。Through the use of Solidworks 3D modeling software and Ansys simulation software,the dynamic and thermal stability of the air circuit breaker contact system under short-time withstand current was simulated and optimized,and the lateral twisting force,electro-dynamic repulsive force,electric compensation force and contact temperature rise between the contact blades were calculated.The electric compensation force of the left and right metal support splint of the air circuit breaker contact system under different conditions was studied,which improves the short-time withstand current capability of the air circuit breaker and realizes the requirement of selective protection of the full current range of the circuit breaker.
