摘  要:根据工频耐压试验的标准和要求,设计了以PIC16F877单片机为核心的工频耐压试验测量系统。通过对硬件电路和软件程序的设计,系统能测量及显示工频耐压试验电源回路的电压、电流,调压器输出回路的电压、电流以及被测试品两端的试验电压和被测试品的漏电流。再通过分析所测电压和电流,对试验进行过电压、过电流、闪络、击穿等保护。该系统具有测量精度高、易于实现等特点,有着广泛而良好的应用前景。According to the standard and requirement of power frequency withstand voltage test,the measuring system for power frequency withstand voltage test based on PIC16F877 was designed.By designing the hardware circuit and software program,the system can measure and display the voltage and current of the power circuit,the voltage and current of the output circuit of the voltage regulator,the test voltage and the leakage current of the tested product.Meanwhile,by analyzing the measurement voltage and current,the test is overvoltage,overcurrent,flashover and breakdown protected.The system has high measurement accuracy,easy to implement and other characteristics,and has a wide and good application prospects.
