摘  要:无刷直流电机可以采用方波和正弦波2种驱动方式,研究了2种驱动方式对反电动势的平顶宽度小于120°无刷直流电机性能的影响。在电枢电流有效值一致的基础上,推导出2种驱动方式下的输出电磁转矩公式,并搭建了基于TMS320F28335的实验平台,建立了基于转速、电流双闭环控制的无刷直流电动机系统实验模型,分别从电枢电流波形和输出转矩2方面进行比较分析。实验结果表明,对于反电动势的平顶宽度小于120°无刷直流电机,相比方波驱动,正弦波驱动方式下的电机能够输出较为平稳的转矩及具备较强的过载能力。Brushless DC motor(BLDCM)can be used by two driving methods including square wave and sine wave,the performance of brushless DC motor whose back electromotive force has flat top width less than 120° under the two driving methods was studied. Based on the consistent RMS values of armature current,the formula of output electromagnetic torque under two driving modes was deduced and an experimental platform based on TMS320F28335 was set up. The experimental model of BLDCM based on speed and current double closed-loop control was established, respectively,the result could be obtained from the armature current waveform and output torque. The experimental results show that the motor with sinusoidal drive can output more stable torque and stronger overload capacity than the square wave drive on brushless DC motor whose back electromotive force has flat top width less than 120°.
