摘 要:模块化多电平变换器(MMC)由于子模块数目较多,因而存在子模块电容电压不均衡的问题,由此又引起相间环流。针对传统直接排序均压算法会造成较高的开关频率,对其进行优化,通过引入子模块电容电压不均衡度因子降低系统开关频率。在此基础上,提出一种简单高效的基于准比例谐振(QPR)控制的相间环流抑制策略,实现相间环流的无静差跟踪。通过搭建仿真模型进行验证,仿真结果表明,所提控制方案具有良好的均压及环流抑制效果。Modular multilevel converter(MMC)has a large number of sub-modules,which causes unbalanced sub-module capacitor voltage and phase- to- phase circulation. A higher switching frequency caused in the traditional direct sequencing equalization algorithm was optimized and the switching frequency of the system was reduced by introducing the sub-module capacitance voltage imbalance factor. On this basis,a simple and efficient phase-to-phase loop suppression strategy based on quasi- proportional resonance(QPR)control was proposed to realize the nonstationary tracking of phase-to-phase circulation. The simulation and verifaction show that the proposed control scheme has good equalization and circulation suppression effects.
