摘  要:针对大型沥青搅拌设备在户外使用过程中容易出现故障的问题,根据设备的特点和工艺流程,采用工控机作为核心处理器,设计了一种智能型设备温度和电流测试装置,使用Delphi语言编写了测试软件系统和人机交互界面,利用ACCESS作为数据库。该装置可以对搅拌设备带负载运行下的电机电流和机体温度进行测量,能实时显示所测数据,系统具有数据存储、查询、打印和回看等功能,并能对异常数据点报警。实际使用证明,对提高搅拌设备的稳定性和可靠性以及产品质量有着重要的意义。According to the characteristics of the equipment and the process flow,a kind of intelligent temperature and current testing device was designed for the large- scale asphalt mixing equipment,being prone to failure during outdoor use. The test software system and human- computer interaction interface were programmed by the Delphi language,ACCESS was used as a database. The device can be used to measure of the motor current and the body heat conditions of the stirring equipment under load,and the measured data can be real- time displayed in the system interface. The system has data alarm,storage,query,print and look- back function,and it can produce the exception data point alarm. The actual using proves that it can improve the stability and reliability of the mixing equipment and product,and has a very important meaning for the product quality.
