摘　　要：采用Hunter Lab测色仪测定DDGS颜色色值,并对不同型号的测色仪测色结果作了比较,研究色值和DDGS质量指标的关系。结果表明,不同型号Hunter Lab测色仪测得的DDGS Hunter L色值趋势一致,数值相差0.2~3.5个单位。DDGS色值和质量的具体关系表现为,对于同种原料DDGS的Hunter L色值和脂肪含量呈负相关。黄色的DDGS比暗棕色的DDGS的蛋白质和粗纤维含量高。色值与质量的相关性更多是与DDGS原料和其生产工艺有关。Experiments were conducted to determine the color value of DDGS(corn distillers dried grains with solubles),and evaluated the relationship between color and quality.The results showed that there was a difference between different type of Hunter Lab color meters.The difference of Hunter L value was about 0.2-3.5.The relationship between DDGS color and quality was as the following:For the same variety DDGS, there was a negative relationship between crude fat and Hunter L value.The yellow color DDGS contained high content of protein and fiber than that of brown color.The correlation between color value and quality is more related to DDGS raw material and its production process.
