聚焦超声联合地米硼酸乳膏治疗慢性局限性瘙痒性皮肤病的疗效及患者生活质量评价

摘　　要：目的分析聚焦超声联合地米硼酸乳膏治疗慢性局限性瘙痒性皮肤病的疗效以及对患者生活质量的影响,为开展相关治疗提供参考。方法随机选取慢性局限性瘙痒性皮肤病患者126例,根据病种、病程及皮损情况,按就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例,治疗组给予聚焦超声治疗,每2周1次,期间给予地米硼酸乳膏外用治疗,每日2次,对照组仅给予地硼霜外用治疗,每日2次。在治疗前和开始治疗12周后记录患者症状体征评分和皮肤病生活质量评分表,对患者疗效及生活质量影响进行评价。结果治疗组和对照组治疗有效率分别为92. 06%和42. 86%,差异有统计学意义(X^2=34. 745,P<0. 05),两组患者生活质量均有改善,改善程度有统计学差异(t=-12. 468,P<0. 05)。结论聚焦超声联合地米硼酸乳膏治疗慢性局限性瘙痒性皮肤病安全、有效,提高患者生活质量评分。Objective To analyze the effect of focused ultrasound combined with dexamethasone boric acid cream on chronic localized pruritus dermatosis and its influence on patients'quality of life,so as to provide reference for related treatment.Methods 126 patients with chronic localized pruritus dermatosis were randomly selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of visit,disease type,course and skin lesion.The treatment group was treated with focused ultrasound once every 2 weeks,and dexamethasone boric acid cream was given for external use twice a day during the course of treatment.The control group was only treated with dexamethasone boric acid cream for external use twice a day.The symptoms and signs scores and Dermatology Life Quality Index were recorded before treatment and 12 weeks after treatment to evaluate the efficacy and its influence on quality of life in patients.Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 92.06% and 42.86%,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=34.745,P<0.05).The quality of life was both improved in two groups,but the degree of improvement between two groups was statistically significant(t=-12.468,P<0.05).Conclusion Focused ultrasound combined with dexamethasone boric acid cream is safe and effective in the treatment of chronic localized pruritus dermatosis and can improve the quality of life score of patients evidently.
