摘 要:从浆料配比、打浆度、PAE的添加量、钛白粉的添加量和CPAM的添加量五个方面探究了装饰原纸的抄造工艺,钛白粉/高岭土复合物的应用以及添加钛白粉/高岭土复合物和混合物时不同干燥方式对纸张性能的影响。结果表明:针叶木浆与阔叶木浆的质量比是6∶4;针叶木浆的打浆度是32°SR,阔叶木浆的打浆度是34°SR;PAE的添加量是2%;钛白粉的添加量是30%;较适宜的CPAM的添加量是0.06%;在此条件下,可以满足装饰原纸对强度、透气度、吸收性以及光学性能等的要求。钛白粉/高岭土复合物代替钛白粉添加到纸张中,纸张的物理性能接近钛白粉加填纸。不同干燥方式对纸张强度的影响较明显,对原纸光学性能的影响很小,不能成为区分原纸光学性能好坏的标准。The effect on the properties of the decorative base paper was studied from five aspects of slurry composition,beating degree,the dosage added with PAE,titanium dioxide and CPAM.It also discussed the application of titanium dioxide/kaolin and the effect of different drying methods on the properties of paper when adding titanium dioxide/kaolin composite and the mixture.The results showed that the proper adding conditions are as follow:ratio of softwood pulp to hardwood pulp 6:4,the beating degree of softwood pulp 32°SR and hardwood pulp 34°SR,the dosage added with PAE 2%,titanium dioxide and CPAM being 30% and 0.06% respectively.Under these conditions,the requirements of the decorative base paper for strength,air permeability,absorb-ability and optical properties can be met.The physical index of the paper filled with composite fillers was similar to that of pure titanium dioxide.The different drying methods affected little the optical properties of the paper,which could not become a standard to distinguish the optical properties of the decorative base paper.
