喷墨耗材质量评定用标准测试纸的研究

摘　　要：在我国,兼容耗材是一个新兴产业。国家标准的缺失导致喷墨耗材产品的质量检测缺乏统一的打印介质,也使得喷墨耗材质量评定存在一定的不确定性。本研究选用了30种喷墨打印纸(覆盖国内外所有在售品牌),分析其物理性能与印品质量之间的关联。最终筛选出一种性能稳定的喷墨打印纸以及一套最优的物理性能参数范围,可作为喷墨质量评定中的标准用纸。Compatible consumables production is an emerging industry in China.The lack of national unified standard leads to more uncertainty for the quality inspection of inkjet consumables products.In this research,based on 30 types of inkjet paper,the relevance between characterizes and image quality was analyzed.Finally,a stable performance of inkjet printing paper and a set of optimal range of physical performance parameters can be selected as the standard paper in inkjet quality assessment.
