摘　　要：在全面深化改革的背景下,探索中国地方政府投资效率的时空演变特征是调整中国经济存量布局的核心节点。运用DEA-Malmquist指数分析方法,研究2007—2016年中国省级层面地方政府投资效率的时空演变特征。研究发现:总体来看,除江苏、山东、天津等个别省份外,我国地方政府整体投资效率较低。我国地方政府投资效率呈现出明显的分层特征,地方政府投资效率自东向西依次递减,且呈现出一定的收敛趋势。基于Malmquist指数的分析表明,中国区域经济增长呈现出轮番带动特征。In the context of comprehensively deepening reform,exploring the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of investment efficiency of Chinese local governments is the core node of adjusting China’s economic stock distribution.DEA-malmquist index analysis method was used to study the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of investment efficiency of local governments at provincial level in China from 2007 to 2016.The study found that,in general,except for some provinces such as Jiangsu,Shandong and Tianjin,the overall investment efficiency of local governments in China is low.The investment efficiency of local government in China shows obvious stratification characteristics,and the investment efficiency of local government decreases successively from east to west,and shows a certain convergence trend.The analysis based on the Malmquist index shows that China’s regional economic growth has the characteristics of driving in turn.
