摘 要:江苏文化历史悠久、底蕴深厚,兼具南北色彩,具有多元性、交融性、互补性的特点。在"一带一路"建设向高质量发展不断转变的背景下,要进一步增强江苏的国际影响力,必须加快推动江苏文化"走出去",推进文化与价值观等软实力输出。当前,江苏推进文化"走出去"面临着一些发展瓶颈和不足,如优秀传统文化"走出去"规模与成效并不显著、文化影响力仍存在一定局限性等。因此,要加快完善对外文化交流机制,提升江苏文化品牌国际竞争力和传播能力,积极参与世界范围内的文化资源优化整合与竞争,推进江苏文化综合性、全方位"走出去"。Jiangsu culture has a long history,deep heritage,both North and South,and has the characteristics of pluralism,blending,and complementarity.Against the backdrop of the continuous transformation from“Belt and Road”to high-quality development,to further enhance Jiangsu's international influence,we must speed up the promotion of Jiangsu's culture to“go out”and promote the export of soft power such as culture and values.At present,Jiangsu is facing some bottlenecks and shortcomings in promoting“going out”culture,such as the fact that the scale and effectiveness of“going out”of excellent traditional culture are not obvious,and cultural influence still has certain limitations.Therefore,we should speed up the improvement of the mechanism of cultural exchanges with other countries,enhance the international competitiveness and communication ability of Jiangsu cultural brands,actively participate in the optimization,integration and competition of cultural resources around the world,and promote the comprehensive and all-round“going out”of Jiangsu culture.
