摘　　要：文化创意产业作为新兴产业之一,是当前的"朝阳产业",对经济发展具有良好的促进作用。本文分析了江苏省文化创意产业的人才供需情况,并探讨当前文化创意产业的人才引进和培养存在的问题,进而提出相关对策。cultural and creative industry,as one of the emerging industries,is the current“sunrise industry”,which has a good role in promoting economic development.This paper analyzes the supply and demand of talents in the cultural and creative industries in Jiangsu province,discusses the problems in the introduction and training of talents in the current cultural and creative industries,and puts forward relevant countermeasures.
