摘　　要：本论文通过对1982年至2017年中国共产党全国代表大会政治报告中关于"当前国际形势和中国外交"进行的文本比较研究,从宏观上分析改革开放40年来中国外交思想的演进。具体来说,对中国共产党全国代表大会政治报告中有关外交的在过去工作回顾与总结、标题与引言、内容与架构、报告文风和论述策略四个部分进行比较研究,以此揭示改革开放40年中国外交思想始终奉行独立自主的和平外交政策、始终注重发展各种外交关系、以追求和平与发展为落脚点等核心价值的继承性,以及中国外交思想在内容、思维与实践方式两个方面的创新性。40年的历史变迁,进入新时代的中国外交思想表明了中国在参与全球化的广度和深度的不断扩大以及中国国际地位的显著提高。Through a comparative study of the text of "current international situation and China's diplomacy" in the political report of the national congress of the communist party of China from 1982 to 2017, it reflects the evolution of China's diplomatic thoughts over the past 40 years since reform and opening-up from a macro perspective. Specifically, on the national congress of the communist party of China political report review and summary of diplomatic work in the past, the title and preface, content and structure, report writing and discourse strategy a comparative study of four parts, in order to reveal the 40 years of reform and opening up China's diplomatic thought has always pursued an independent foreign policy of peace, always pay attention to the development of various diplomatic relations, in pursuit of peace and development as the foothold and inheritance of core value, as well as China's diplomatic ideas in the content, way of thinking and practice of two aspects of innovation. The 40 years of historical vicissitude and China's diplomatic thoughts entering the new era indicate the continuous expansion of China's participation in globalization in breadth and depth and the remarkable improvement of China's international status.
