长江经济带中潜经济价值非物质文化遗产保护研究

摘　　要：非物质文化遗产是人类宝贵的精神家园和文化财富,但由于社会变迁,文化原生态发生改变,这使得这些宝贵的文化资源面临灭失的危险,为此很多国家积极采取措施加以保护。但由于非物质文化遗产种类繁多,那些经济价值不高的潜经济价值非物质文化遗产在实际保护中总体效果并不太好。本文以长江经济带潜经济价值非物质文化遗产为研究对象,分析这类遗产在保护工作中存在的问题,并探讨保护路径,为这类非物质文化遗产保护提供意见和建议。Productive protection turns out to be the most common and effective form for intangible cultural heritage in practice and it is directed at intangible cultural heritage with high economic value.The intangible cultural heritage with low potential economic value is mainly under administrative protection which achieves less satisfactory effect.Routinization of protecting measures,lack of cultural awareness on the part of related workers and coordination deficit among administrative regions remain as the main problems in the course of protecting intangible cultural heritage in the nine provinces and two cities located at Yangtze River Economic Zone.These problems cause ineffective productive protection for intangible cultural heritage with potential economic value to the large extent.Breaking through administrative division restriction,jointly establishing cultural brand and enhancing economic coordination and development will be effective measures in improving the current condition of intangible cultural heritage protection and serve as the breakthrough and standpoint in protecting intangible cultural heritage with potential economic value at Yangtze River Economic Zone.
