合理用药国际指标干预对我院儿科抗菌药物使用的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨合理用药国际指标干预对我院儿科抗菌药物使用的影响。方法:随机抽取儿科患儿抗菌药物246个处方,对比干预前、后抗菌药物使用情况。结果:干预后,每次就诊平均用药种类数、每次就诊人均药费、抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药费占总药费比例、使用药物通用名比例、头孢孟多使用人次、头孢孟多使用人均费用均低于干预前(P<0.05)。患者的关怀指标高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论:合理用药国际指标干预可以促进我院儿科抗菌药物的合理使用,有效可行。Objective:To explore the influence of international index intervention on rational use of drugs to paediatric antibiotics in our hospital.Methods:246 antibiotics prescriptions for pediatric patients were selected randomly in our hospital.The use of antibiotics before and after intervention was compared.Results:After the intervention,the average number of medication types per visit,the average medication fee per visit,the utilization rate of antibiotics,the proportion of antibiotics fee to the total medication fee,the proportion of generic name,the number of people using cefamandole,and the per capita cost of using cefamandole were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The index of care after intervention was significantly higher than that before intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of international index of rational drugs use can promote the rational use of antibiotics in pediatrics in our hospital,which is effective and feasible.
