广枣叶和广枣中黄酮类成份的提取、含量测定的对比实验

摘　　要：目的:提取广枣叶中的总黄酮并与广枣果实进行对比。方法:采用回流提取法分别提取广枣叶和广枣果实中的总黄酮类,通过紫外分光光度法量测定总黄酮含量。结果:广枣叶中总黄酮含量为5.96%,出膏率为9.07%;广枣果实中总黄酮含量为0.580%,出膏率为23.85%。结论:广枣叶中也存在总黄酮,且含量高于广枣果实中的总黄酮含量。Objective:T To extract and content Determination of flavonoids in jujube leaves and jujube.Methods:The total flavonoids in Jujube leaves and Jujube fruits were extracted by reflux extraction method,and the total flavonoids content was determined by UV spectrophotometry.Results:The content of total flavonoids in the leaves of jujube was 5.96%,and the rate of ointment was 9.07%.The content of total flavonoids in jujube fruits was 0.580%,and the rate of ointment was 23.85%.Conclusion:Total flavonoids were also present in the leaves of Guangzao jujube,and the content was higher than that of the total flavonoids in the jujube fruits.
