摘  要:目的探讨桂西地区泌尿系结石成分的构成情况,为泌尿系结石临床治疗和预防提供参考。方法收集2016年9月~2017年12月泌尿系结石患者614例,运用红外光谱分析法对结石进行成分分析。结果检测的尿路结石成分呈多样性,主要成分为草酸钙380例,约占总数的61.89%,主要成分为尿酸113例,约占总数的18.40%;泌尿系结石男女比例为1.57∶1;在614例患者中,40~59岁年龄组占比最高,达57.98%;上、下尿路结石比为5.20∶1。结论桂西地区尿路结石成分以草酸钙最常见,尿酸结石及碳酸磷灰石的比例也较高,结石患者以40~59岁组占比最高。Objective To explore the composition of urinary calculi in western Guangxi,so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and prevention of urinary calculi.Methods 614 cases with urinary calculi admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2016 to December 2017 were selected,and the composition of urinary calculi were analyzed by infrared spectrum.Results The components of urinary calculi were varied,the main component was calcium oxalate in 380 cases,accounting for 61.89%of the total,and the main component was uric acid in 113 cases,accounting for 18.40%of the total,and the ratio of male and female was 1.57∶1.Among the 614 patients,the age group of 40 to 59 years accounted for the highest proportion(57.98%),and the ratio of upper and lower urinary calculi was 5.20∶1.Conclusion Calcium oxalate is the most common component of urinary calculi in western Guangxi.The proportion of uric acid calculus and carbonated apatite is also higher.Among the patients with calculi,the age group of 40 to 59 years accounts for the highest proportion.
