摘 要:将不同保湿机制的活性成分包载于同一纳米乳应用于保湿化妆品中,对其理化性质、稳定性、安全性及保湿功效进行评价。采用透射电镜观察纳米乳的形态,激光粒度仪测定纳米乳的粒径及粒径分布PDI,考察纳米乳在常温、4 ℃、45 ℃、紫外线辐照条件下的稳定性;皮肤刺激性试验考察纳米乳的皮肤安全性;建立体内保湿功效评价方法,使用皮肤水份含量测试仪和皮肤水分流失测试仪测试纳米乳的保湿性能。结果表明,研制的纳米乳形态均一,平均水合粒径为47.4 nm,粒径分布PDI为0.231;在不同条件放置3个月后,外观及平均粒径、PDI未发生明显变化,纳米乳稳定性良好;纳米乳对家兔皮肤无刺激性;纳米乳复合霜剂与普通霜剂比较,即时保湿性能与长效保湿性能均优异;使用28天后经皮水分流失达最大降幅,减小了21.3%,表明皮肤屏障得到修复,皮肤自身水合作用增强。Several active ingredients of different moisturizing mechanisms were loaded in the same nanoemulsion to apply to emollient cosmetics. The physical and chemical properties, stability, safety and moisturizing efficacy of the nanoemulsion were investigated. The morphology of the nanoemulsion was observed by transmission electron microscopy, and the particle size and particle size distribution PDI were determined by laser granulometer. The stabilities of the nanoemulsion under the conditions of room temperature, 45 ℃, 4 ℃ and ultraviolet irradiation at 10 ℃ were also investigated. Skin safety of the nanoemulsion was determined by skin irritation test. The evaluation method for moisturizing efficacy in vivo was established and the moisturizing performance was tested by skin moisture content analyzer and skin moisture loss analyzer. The results show that the nanoemulsion prepared in this experiment is homogeneous in shape;the mean hydration particle size is 47.4 nm, and the particle size distribution PDI is 0.231;there is no significant change in its appearance, average particle size, or particle size distribution PDI after three months under different conditions, indicating that the nanoemulsion thus prepared has good stability;The nanoemulsion has no skin irritation to rabbits;both the instant and long-term moisturizing properties of the composite nanoemulsion cream are much better than that of the unpackaged normal cream;after using for 28 days, the skin moisture loss is decreased in the largest rate (21.3%), indicating that the skin barrier is repaired and the skin’s hydration is enhanced.
