摘 要:目的:研究胃肠舒片有效部位的化学成分,阐明其促进胃肠运动的物质基础。方法:采用硅胶、聚酰胺、交联葡聚糖凝胶等柱层析手段,根据化合物性质和紫外、快中子轰击质谱核磁光谱数据鉴定结构。结果:胃肠舒片的有效部位为a、b、d部位,从其有效部位中分离得到14个单体化合物,分别鉴定为大黄酚(Ⅰ)、大黄素甲醚(Ⅱ)、大黄素(Ⅲ)、芒柄花素(Ⅳ)、芦荟大黄素(Ⅴ)、大黄酸(Ⅵ)、苯甲酰芍药苷(Ⅶ)、异甘草素(Ⅷ)、甘草素(Ⅸ)、甘草苷(Ⅹ)、芍药苷(Ⅺ)、羟基芍药苷(Ⅻ)、芍药内酯苷()、甘草酸()。结论:本实验所得化合物均首次从胃肠舒片中分离得到。Objective: To study the chemical components of the effective parts of the Weichangshu tablets, and to clarify the material basis of rhubarb to promote gastrointestinal motility. Method: The compounds were isolated by column chromatography on silica gel, polyamide, sephadex gel and their structures were determined on the basis of their spectroscopic evidence including UV, FAB-MS and NMR data. Results: The effective parts of the Weichangshu tablets were a, b and d. Fourteen monomer compounds were separated from these effective parts, they were identified as: chrysophanol (Ⅰ), physcion (Ⅱ), emodin (Ⅲ), fermononetin (Ⅳ), aloe emodin (Ⅴ), rhein (Ⅵ), benzoyl paeoniflorin (Ⅶ), isoliquiritigenin (Ⅷ), glycyrrhizin (Ⅸ), liquiritigenin (Ⅹ), paeoniflorin (Ⅺ, hydroxy paeoniflorin (Ⅻ), albiflorin (ⅩⅢ), Glycyrrhizic acid (ⅩⅣ). Conclusion: All the monomer compounds were isolated for the first time from the Weichangshu tablets.
