摘　　要：检索近10年国内外电针治疗膝骨关节炎的相关文献,从电针仪型号标注、波形、频率、幅度、脉宽及持续时间选择方面综述电针参数临床应用现状并加以分析。临床上电针广泛用于膝骨关节炎治疗,实际使用中主要关注电针组合波形、强度、频率及时间的选择,对电针仪型号、基本脉冲波形、脉宽、幅度不够重视。电针刺激参数研究有待进一步加强,参数的研究对电针行业的发展、临床疗效的提高及针刺量化、标准化意义重大。Retrieval of electro-acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis at home and abroad in recent ten Years. The current situation of clinical application of electroacupuncture parameters was reviewed from the aspects of type index, waveform, frequency, amplitude, pulse width and duration of electroacupuncture. Clinically, electroacupuncture is widely used in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. In actual use, the main focus is on the choice of the waveform, intensity, frequency and duration of electroacupuncture. The electronic instruments, basic pulse pattern, pulse width and amplitude are still not taken seriously. The study of electric stimulation parameter needs to be further strengthened. The study of parameters is of great significance to the development of electric acupuncture industry, the improvement of clinical efficacy and the quantification and standardization of acupuncture.
